Bio + Fun Facts:
Sarah Vilardo is originally from the inland empire area of southern California. As a first-generation college student, she earned degrees in English and Feminist Studies from UC Santa Barbara, where she was involved as a student leader and RA. Sarah earned a Master’s degree in Higher Education from University of Redlands, and is currently finishing a PhD in Higher Education Administration from University of Wyoming. She has worked in residence education at a variety of institutions and also has experience advising student leaders and organizations. She has also been actively involved in NASPA and recently held a position on the regional advisory board. Sarah is passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion work, as well as student leadership development. She enjoys reading, coffee, pop culture, all things Disney, and spending time with her family, partner, and dog. She is looking forward to becoming a part of the Trojan family and working as an RCC!
