Caroline Muglia (she/ hers) is a Co-Associate Dean for Collections where she focuses on data-driven approaches to collection development, assessment, and resource sharing to support research initiatives, teaching, and learning at the university. She serves as a Faculty in Residence at Parkside IRC where she lives with her spouse, son, and two poorly behaved cats.
