Graduate Residential Community Coordinator
Lauren is the Graduate Residential Community Coordinator for Century Apartments. Originally from Orange County, California, Lauren obtained a Bachelor of Science in Family and Human Development from Arizona State University. While at ASU, she worked for the housing department as a Community Mentor for two years. She enjoys working with students from a wide variety of backgrounds and being a familiar first-resource for them as they get acclimated to life as a college student. More recently, Lauren spent the last year serving with City Year, an AmeriCorps organization, where she was a tutor, mentor, and role model for at-risk students in South Central Los Angeles. Through her work with City Year, she discovered her passion for working in high-poverty communities and hopes to continue serving in these areas as a therapist. She’s excited to start her new adventure as a Trojan as she works to complete a Masters in Social Work with a concentration in Families and Children. Lauren enjoys tea, Disney, traveling, spending time with friends and family, and anything food related. If you have a good restaurant suggestion make sure to pass it along! Fight on!
