Residential College Coordinator
Erin Ash is the Residential College Coordinator for Parkside International Residential College. She received a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and graduated with a Masters in College Student Affairs Leadership from Grand Valley State University in Grand Rapids, Michigan. She has absolutely loved her experience working with such high caliber, passionate and dedicated students at USC and enjoys that each day brings with it new challenges and opportunities to both teach and learn from her students.
She takes a lot of pride in being a resource, mentor, advocate, and sounding board for the residents and Resident Assistant staff in the department. Her passion areas include supervision, leadership development, wellness promotion, sexual assault prevention and marketing/communications. She works to ensure that every member of the Parkside community transitions seamlessly, makes the most of their college experience both inside and outside of the classroom, feels a sense of belonging on campus, and learns the value of living with authenticity, resilience, passion and empathy.
She loves exploring LA, hiking, photography, farmers markets, evening runs, live music, bonfires, documentaries and all things Wisconsin (Go Pack Go)!
